  • Do you provide transfer service from the airport?
    Kindly be informed, that our hotel is located in Platanias, which is 24km away from Chania airport.Our hotel does not provide any airport shuttle, however if  you are interested we could arrange for you a transfer service from Chania Airport directly to our hotel with an extra charge.
  • Do you provide pool/beach towels?
    You can rent beach towels at the reception. We just keep a 5 euro deposit for each towel and when you bring back the towels we give you back the amount of the deposit. In case you want to change them for fresh/clean towels the cost is 1 euro per towel / per change.
  • What is the distance from the hotel to the nearest beach?
    The distance from the hotel to the nearest beach (Platanias beach) is 550m (5-7 minutes walking).
  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in from 15:00 Check-out until 11:00 am If you’d like to request an early or late check-in or check-out, you can make a special request when making your reservation. Please note that special requests cannot be guaranteed in advance. For early check-in, kindly note that if the room is available you can go immediately, otherwise you will have to wait until the room is cleaned and ready. If the room is not ready, you can enjoy full access to the hotel and pool facilities, including our All Inclusive program, at no additional cost! For late check-out, kindly note that if it is possible you can have one room at an extra charge and of course you can use the All Inclusive facilities until the time of your departure. For this request please contact the reception in advance. If it’s not possible to have a room, in our lobby we have a luggage room to leave your luggage. Moreover, you are invited to enjoy our all-inclusive facilities and services at no additional cost until the time you leave our premises.  
  • Is there a luggage room?
    Yes there is a luggage room at the reception area.
  • Are there any options available for gluten/lactose intolerance or other special dietary requirements in the All-Inclusive program?
    Kindly be informed that in our all inclusive buffet we have a variety of food to cover all dietary restrictions, allergies and preferences. Please let us know when you make your reservation. Moreover, our restaurant staff is always happy to discuss with all guests the ingredients of each plate. Lastly, kindly note that in case we don’t not have something you can eat, you can inform us in order to prepare something just for you.
  • Can we rent a car/bike/bicycle from your hotel?
    We would like to inform you that we can arrange your rental in cooperation with nearby rental agencies. Prices vary, depending on the car/bike/bicycle category you will choose and the days you will be renting it for. Please contact our reception either before your arrival or during your stay to assist you with your booking.
  • What happens in case we go on a daytrip and miss lunch?
    In case you go on a daytrip, we can provide you with a “snack box” free of charge. You can order this from the reception the day before your trip!
  • Is there a laundry service available at the hotel?
    We don’t have a laundry service in our hotel, but we cooperate with a laundry company. You could bring your clothes at the reception and take them back the next day. The cost for a normal bag (4-5kg) is about 15 euros.
  • Is your reception open 24/7?

    Our reception operates between 8:00 and 22:00. In case you arrive at the Hotel later, there is always a member of the staff available for the check in process and to take you to your room!  If you wish, you can indicate your estimated time of arrival at the hotel along with your reservation.

  • Is there a gym/fitness club at the hotel?
    Kindly note, that we don’t have a fitness center in our hotel but there is a hotel nearby (only 5 minutes walking distance) at which you may use the gym with an extra charge per day. Please ask at the reception for for more information. However, we organize aqua gymnastic sessions three times per week by the pool (available during 01/06-31/08).
  • How far is the hotel from Platanias and from Chania city center?
    Platanias center is 800m away from the hotel and Chania town center is 12km away from our hotel.
  • Is there a bus to/ from Chania town and what is the time frequency?
    The bus stop to Chania center is 300m away (5 minutes walking distance) from the hotel. The bus departs approximately every 20 minutes.
  • Is there a parking space and how much does it cost?
    There is free parking space outside the hotel.
  • What is your pet policy?
    Pets are not allowed at the hotel.
